My daughter convinced me to do a tech basics course, and now I can’t believe I ever managed without it! I can do emails, book my prescriptions online, and I’ve even had a go at video calling.

It’s like learning a new language, but it’s opened up a whole new world for me. I feel much more in touch with the family – my grandson sends me little videos now, and I can actually reply instead of getting lost in the buttons! It’s been brilliant, honestly.
